Our Fees As a general rule, (i) fees of KAMORI AKIMITSU, of which Mr. Kamori is the principal attorney, are calculated on an hourly basis, and (ii) fees are calculated by multiplying the hourly rate for each lawyer and paralegal who has been involved in the matter by the actual time spent by that person on that matter. Although the above is KAMORI AKIMITSU's principal method of calculating fees, KAMORI AKIMITSU is also prepared, should the relevant situation be deemed appropriate, to adopt the provisions with respect to lawyers' fees prescribed by the Federation of Japanese Bar Associations or other standards or methods agreed on between Mr. Kamori/KAMORI AKIMITSU and the relevant client. Payments of fees pursuant to a legal counsel agreement are also possible.
